Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026
This policy explains what Prefate collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information collected
To provide a reading, Prefate processes your question, selected spread and cards, generated interpretation, language, reading status, and a private access token. Payment records can include Stripe identifiers, amount, currency, status, and email supplied at checkout, but not your full card number.
If you send feedback, Prefate receives your message and optional email. Basic security logs can include IP address, request time, browser, and error information. With consent, analytics can collect device, browser, approximate location, page views, clicks, scrolling, and similar usage data.
How information is used
Information is used to create and deliver readings, secure private result links, process payments and refunds, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service. It is not sold.
Service providers
Relevant data may be processed by Zeabur for hosting, Stripe for checkout and payments, Zeabur AI Hub and its model providers for generating interpretations, and—only after analytics consent—Google services and Microsoft Clarity for site analytics. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Retention
Reading results are normally accessible for 30 days. Payment, refund, security, backup, and operational records may be kept longer where reasonably needed for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, or law. Feedback is kept only as long as needed to respond and improve the service.
Cookies and analytics choices
Essential storage is used for language, security, and service operation. Optional analytics do not load until you choose “Allow cookies.” You may decline without losing reading functionality, and can clear this site’s local storage or cookies to reset your choice.
Your choices and contact
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing. Because there is no account, include the reading ID and enough information to verify your request. Use the Feedback link in the footer. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for a reading.
International use and children
Providers may process data in countries other than yours. Prefate is intended for adults and is not directed to children. This policy may be updated; the current version is identified by the date above.
