Privacy Policy

The free drawing tool stores your question and card selection in your browser so you can return to them. The editable prompt is prepared in your browser; copying it does not send your question, cards or prompt to an AI provider. If you paste and send it to another service, that provider processes it under its own policy.

If you use an optional paid AI service when offered, Prefate processes the question, spread, cards, interpretation, language, status and private access token. Payment records may include Stripe identifiers, amount, currency, status and checkout email, but not your full card number. New paid purchases are currently paused.

Feedback includes your message and optional email. Hosting and security logs can include IP address, request time, browser and errors. With analytics consent, tools can collect device, browser, approximate location, page views and interactions. Prompt analytics do not include your question, prompt text or card identities.

Information supports the service, feedback replies, security, abuse prevention, error diagnosis, legal obligations and improvements. Optional paid-service records support delivery, payments and refunds where applicable. We do not sell this information.

Zeabur provides hosting. Only after analytics consent, Google services, Microsoft Clarity and Ahrefs Web Analytics are used for analytics. Stripe and Zeabur AI Hub/model providers process data only for applicable optional paid services. Their own policies apply. An AI service you choose receives a prompt only when you send it there yourself.

Browser-stored drawing data stays until you reset the drawing or clear this site’s local storage. Optional paid results are normally accessible for 30 days. Payment, refund, security, backup and operational records may be retained longer where reasonably needed for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes or law. Feedback is retained only as needed to respond and improve the service.

Essential storage is used for language, security, and service operation. Optional analytics do not load until you choose “Allow cookies.” You may decline without losing reading functionality, and can clear this site’s local storage or cookies to reset your choice.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing. Use Feedback in the footer and describe your request; provide a reading ID only if it concerns an applicable paid reading. Include enough information to verify the request, and avoid unnecessary sensitive information.

Providers may process data in countries other than yours. Prefate is intended for adults and is not directed to children. This policy may be updated; the current version is identified by the date above.

Prefate currently displays no third-party ads and makes no Google AdSense ad requests. If we introduce ads, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or other identifiers to serve and measure ads, and to personalize them where permitted and consented to. Before enabling ads, we will provide the applicable consent and privacy choices and update this policy to describe the actual setup.
